Regina Crothers, Director of Property Management
Regina Crothers joined the Aspen Group in April 2011 focused on Real Estate office/marketing assistant, and was soon promoted to property management as a result of her talent and expertise. The change started with the opportunity to participate in a property takeover and managing in the leasing of properties. This challenge allowed her to excel in leasing and gain experience in property management.
In November of 2011, she was promoted to the Director of Aspen Group Property Management. Regina currently manages office space, retail, multi-family, single family, condo association, warehouses/industrial units and storage facilities with “careful management”. Her responsibilities include all aspects of property management and overseeing the day-to-day operations which include contract negotiation, administration, property maintenance and inspections, capital improvement planning and management, project management and tenant relations. She provides a personal service to our clients by maintaining a professional relationship with all. Regina takes pride in getting to know the clients personally and taking care of their property management needs and demonstrates particular expertise in finding good tenants for your property. She has applied her information technology background/expertise/knowledge to automate the accounting process.
Regina received her real estate license in August of 2011 and is currently active in the Bismarck-Mandan Apartment Association, BMAA. She serves on the Junior Achievement Programs Board of Directors and is a volunteer instructor teaching business practices and city development in Bismarck public school classrooms.
Prior to joining Aspen Group, Regina was office manager for Bismarck Aero Center where her main focus was accounting, marketing and information technology. She has a degree in Computer Science and has several certificates in MS Office and MCSE courses.
