George brings to the Aspen Group extensive experience in sales and management.

For over 25 years, his professional career involving sales and marketing, executive level management and business ownership included one consistent element - commercial real estate. Exposure to both sides of commercial real estate transactions has prepared George for what is the most important aspect of real estate….producing results for his clients.

These practical and real life business applications have given George the required experience to professionally represent you in commercial real estate transactions. Business sales and acquisitions, disposition, leasing and development of commercial property are his specialty. George is currently a CCIM candidate as a Certified Commercial Investment Manager.

George has successfully started, operated and sold three of his own businesses: Diablo Electric Supply, Inc., Digital Wireless Wave Inc., and Erbert & Gerbert’s. He has been involved as an investor and manager in start up operations such as: It Figures, Positive Communications, Advantage Wireless, Swiftel Communications, Alamosa PCS, All- in Systems and Extend America. George’s retail startup development experience includes: Erbert & Gerbert’s, Sprint, and Nextel. He has worked in North Dakota, South Dakota, California, Wisconsin and Minnesota. George began working with the Aspen Group in 2006.
